Our research group has developed more than ten kinds of high-performance titanium alloy castings for the Long March 5 Carrier Rocket, which achieved a number of innovative achievements. The innovative development of ultra-low gap phase titanium alloy materials has significantly improved the comprehensive performance of the alloy. We made a breakthrough at the precision forming technology of complex runner structure and developed the high adaptability graphite ceramic core composite casting technology, which realized the precision forming of complex castings and met the needs of many major projects such as "tianwen-1", "chang'e-5" and "Tianhe core module".
